Transcript Request Procedures

  • Students must turn in transcript release forms at least two weeks prior to the date they are to be mailed. These are available on our paperwork and forms page and in the guidance office.
  • If the student is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign the form.
  • The forms must then be returned to guidance at lest two weeks prior to being mailed.
  • If the college receiving the transcript requests that it be mailed with the application, the student must submit to the counselor all completed application materials with the signed transcript request form.
  • Each transcript is $2.00.

Financial Aid Night

We will post the date of the next Financial Aid Night as soon as it becomes available.

College Planning

Many colleges and universities send admission counselors and representatives to South River during the school year. This information is advertised via morning announcements and is posted on the Information Board located across from the cafeteria. Any student who wishes to meet with an admissions representative must sign up in the Guidance Office prior to the scheduled visit.
